Quoted price may be adjusted following customer’s requests.
Included in the price:
• Program set-up & its logistics
• Transfer from/to selected airports (we recommend: Paris, Geneve, Lyon)
• Picnic lunch x 3 including wine
• Full time multilingual (English, French, Polish) professional wine guide assistance
• Providing all necessary reservations
• Providing necessary track maps
• All necessary local transfers including bikes transport
• WINETAXI availability 24h/24h
• Wine tastings as mentioned in the program
• Wines purchase at ex-cellar prices (UE: home delivery up to 120 btls p.p. in accordance with UE regulations)

Not included in the price:
• Accommodation cost (reservations provided by organizer)
• Food & Beverage costs(reservations provided by organizer)
• Entrance tickets
• Insurance
• Personal expenses
• Items not specified in the above “Included in the price”

REMARKS:
o The a.m. price applies for 6 participants
o Payment terms: reservation fee (non-reimbursable) 50.-€ at the time of booking confirmation [by credit card]; balance [by cash] on the first day of services
o Additional day: 34.-€ p.p. (for 6 participants)
o VINTRIPS shall not be responsible for non-availability of expected accommodations or restaurants in case of too late requests.
